K9 Play Doggie Day Care is proposing amendments to the Fort Mall Redevelopment District (C5) regulations. The proposed amendments include adding:
- Fascia sign as a permitted use
- Kennel as a discretionary use
- Regulations for Outside Enclosures

BYLAW C14-17 FIRST READING: JUNE 27, 2017
PUBLIC NOTICE (SECTION 648 OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT ACT)
The Council of the City of Fort Saskatchewan intends to pass Bylaw C14-17 that would enable the City to impose an Off-Site Levy for lands proposed for subdivision and development in defined new growth areas within Fort Saskatchewan’s municipal boundaries.
Bylaw C14-17 will be presented to Council at the July 10, 2017 regular Council meeting for second and third reading. If you would like to speak to Council on Bylaw C14-17 you are encouraged to register by contacting 780-992-6154. You can also send a written submission by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on July 10, 2017 by mail or email to email@example.com.

Screened Organic Soil and Woodchips are now Available
Public Works has been accepting garden waste, leaves, grass clippings, and woodchips from City residents since 1993. Material is piled and mixed and nature breaks it down into a nutrient rich soil.
Screened soil is available for sale to residents and contractors.

Solid Waste - Cover your Load!
All refuse and materials hauled to the Transfer Station and Drop-Off Depot must be properly covered to prevent debris from spilling or blowing away. Spilled material is unsightly and can be a hazard.
Please tarp, tie down or otherwise securely cover your load. Persons who do not comply with the Bylaw may be subject to a fine.
