Combined Fitness Assessment and Personalized Program $101.85 (2.5 hours)
Determine your fitness level and design a program all in one. Find out where your body is physically at, record it, decide where you want to go, determine the program to get you there, and fit it all in as part of your daily lifestyle.
Body Composition Test $21.60 (0.5 hours)
Using BMI (height/weight), girth measurements and/or skinfold measurements, you get an accurate assessment of what your body compostition is.
Personal Training* Must have completed a personal program prior to engaging in any personal training services. Each personal training session is 1 hour.
