Drop in fitness classes do not run on Statutory Holidays. Classes may be cancelled due to low participation. Schedule subject to change due to special events or facility maintenance.
Step Aerobics: Get in STEP with the program. Learn basic moves on the step, add music and some sequencing. Burn calories with half the impact of running. An excellent workout for legs and glutes.
BLAST: A 40 minute quick workout at noon - a great "fit" into your busy schedule.

Muscle Up: (40 minute class at noon) - This quick workout offers cardio through resistance training of the major muscle groups using a variety of weight and resistance equipment followed by a cool down, a great way to build up those muscles.

Athletic Training: Calling all athletes! This class will challenge and motivate you to move up to the next level of fitness. Using various portable equipment, you can look to increase strength and cardiovascular endurance.
Get on the Ball: Working on the stability ball using free weights, body bars, dynabands and tubing mixed with some fun cardio. This workout is sure to increase your strength and balance.

Total Body Fitness: Total fitness for your total body! Great for those who want a total body workout! With lots of cardio and resistance there are no body parts that will go unused in this class.
Core Tri Ball: Strengthen core, improve stability and increase overall strength in this high energy workout.
Yoga Strength: (45 minute class at noon) - Attention all athletes and sports enthusiasts! Here is a chance to incorporate yoga movements into a full body and
core strengthening workout, while improving flexibility.
Boot Camp: Interval training incorporating calisthenics moves that will have you running, jumping and doing push-ups. The repetition will tone muscles and the fast pace will keep your heart pumping. Great cardio workout.
