The Downtown Area Redevelopment Plan (DARP) reflects City Council's approach to new development and redevelopment in the Downtown area through sound land use policy and design guidelines that shall guide decision making, Bylaw development, and future investment in the plan area.
Bylaw C14-08 was adopted by Council on January 27, 2009.
