REBATE ELIGIBILITY CHECKLIST
- Toilet(s) being replaced must be older than 2006
- Toilet(s) must be for Fort Saskatchewan residential use only
- Toilet(s) are to be replaced between Jan 1 and Sept 30, 2012
- 6L flush toilets are eligible for a $50.00 rebate. 3L/6L flush toilets are eligible for a $75.00 rebate
HOW TO APPLY FOR YOUR REBATE
- Pick up your application form at your local hardware store, City facilities. on our website at www.fortsask.ca or by clicking HERE.
- Purchase and install your new high efficiency toilet. Limit of 2 toilet replacements per house hold
- Complete the rebate application form and submit the application form, along with the original purchase receipt and a photo of the replacement toilet(s) to:

Once your application is approved, the rebate will be applied to your City Utility Account. Rebates will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Please contact Public Works at 780.992.6248 for further information.
