Anger Management: Learn how to get a better handle on how to deal with anger and solve problems in a classroom presentation / group.
 
Bullying: Understand bullying and learn how to stop bullying from happening and how to keep safe!
 
Colour Spectrums: Colour Spectrums is a personality style and human dynamics model presented to groups in an interactive workshop.  There are 3 workshops: Introductory, Stress Management & Conflict Resolution and Brightening the Pale Colors.
 
Creating Confident Kids: An 8 week program that focuses on positive parenting and the 40 Developmental Assets.  It teaches specific strategies to parents to help children be successful.
 
Environmental Group: This group aims to educate others about sustainability, recycling and consumerism.  Kids learn to find solutions and apply them to make a difference in their school and community.
 
Grief and Loss: An opportunity to learn about the stages of loss and coping skills.
 
Health Initiative for Youth: A classroom presentation that discusses healthy sexuality and relationships, STD's, birth control, boundaries and expectations and planning and caring for a baby.
 
Hearing the Hurt: A RespectEd presentation from Red Cross that educates individuals about the various forms of abuse and resources to get help.  Two presentations include: Child Abuse Prevention and Relationship Violence Prevention.
 
It's all about Girls: A girls group that focuses on healthy relationships, healthy body image, the media and communication skills.
 
It's all about Boys: A boys grop that focuses on healthy relationships, healthy body image, bullying, the media and communication skills.
 
Roots of Empathy: Through year long classroom visits with a certified ROE Instructor, Parent and baby, the program helps children to learn about a baby's needs and development and lets children see a loving relationship. For more info, click here.
 
Social Skills: A group that works through problems together such as bullying, friendships, appropriate behaviour and learning to recognize resiliencies.
 
Suicide Prevention / Awareness: A presentation on suicide that provides awareness and education, reduces stigma and provides resources to help all of those affected by suicide.
