Family & Community Support Services (FCSS)

Lakeland Student Health Initiative Partnership

Family School Liaison Workers

The FSLW's are available to provide services to children, aged 3-18 years in Fort Saskatchewan and Bruderheim schools by assisting students to address issues that impact learning.  This may involve providing parent support and individual counselling, as well as linking students and their families with community support services.  This service is voluntary and available at no cost.  As part of the Lakeland Student Health Initiative Partnership (LSHIP), the FSLW's are part of a multi-agency team.
