Download the On-Line application form by clicking
HERE. Fill it out then simply fax it to 780.998.4774 or drop it off at City Hall, 10005 - 102 St. Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
What happens if I forget my password?
You can request your existing password by supplying us with your existing user name and e-mail address. Once your request has been verified, an email will be sent to you with this information.
