Toxic Round-Up
The Household Toxic Round-Up and paint exchange is held annually on the first Saturday in June from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It focuses on helping collect and dispose of the household hazardous materials that threaten our health, safety and environment. It is held at the:

The following items are accepted at the Toxic Round-Up:
From the Shed:
- Ant and rodent killers
- Weed killers
- Pesticides
- Pool chemicals
From the Kitchen:
- Drain and window cleaners
- Disinfectants
- Oven cleaners
- Bleach and ammonia
- Cleaning solvents and spot removers
From the Bathroom:
- Toilet, drain and tile cleaners
- Pharmaceuticals
- Health care products
From the Basement:
- Paint thinners, strippers and solvents
- Lacquers, strains, varnishes
- Wood preservatives
- Asphalt and roof tar
From the Garage:
- Antifreeze
- Solvents
- Battery acid
- Gasoline
- Rust inhibitors, remover
- Used motor oil
- Brake and transmission fluid
- Septic tank cleaners
Other:
We are always looking for volunteers to assist with the Round-Up. Can you volunteer a few hours of your time? All volunteers receive a special gift and a barbecue lunch. If you are interested please contact 780.992.6248.
The Toxic Round-Up is restricted to Household Waste from residential properties.
Hazardous materials from commercial or business outlets CANNOT be accepted.
