The FCSS Counselling Program is an affordable, professional service designed to address short-term counselling needs and focuses on resolving client concerns. Our counsellors mainly use solution focused, cognitive behavioural approaches to assist clients in meeting their counselling goals.

Who is it for?

Some people can solve problems on their own, but often outside help makes the difference between resolving a problem quickly or going through a long period of struggling - a period where people are unable to be themselves at home or work.

Typical concerns include:

  • Marital and relationship issues
  • Family conflict
  • Loss
  • Anxiety
  • Depression

All FCSS counselling services are confidential.
