Fort Report - City service requests made easy
Our residents have their eyes and ears on the ground when it comes to parks, trails, facilities, roads, etc. Now, if you see something in need of repair you can easily report it. Fort Report is an online, mobile-friendly tool for requesting service from the City. Once the area of concern has been identified, your request will automatically alert the appropriate staff member and you will receive confirmation that your request has been received.
Fort Report logs valuable information on the issue whether it’s graffiti, a downed tree or general inquiries such as when the new waste program will begin or how to make a presentation at a council meeting. Fort Report provides City staff with a centralized system to manage service requests.

There is no need to download a phone app, simply head to www.fortreport.ca from any device with an internet connection, and fill out the details of your service request. You will receive a confirmation message as soon as your request is received.
