The West River's Edge Boat Launch is now OPEN for the 2024 season.
Please note that the boat launch may close without notice due to changing river conditions.
1. Always wear a lifejacket or personal flotation device!
Don't just have it in the boat, wear it.
2. Don't drink and boat
Consumption of alcohol while boating is illegal. Alcohol increases the effects of fatigue, sun, wind and boat motion leading to impaired balance, judgement and reaction time.

The City of Fort Saskatchewan is proud to partner with Dow in hosting a community-focused Downtown Clean-Up event on April 26, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Downtown Core and Legacy Park.
