City Of Fort Saskatchewan Issues Fire Advisory

The City of Fort Saskatchewan has issued a fire advisory due to the prolonged dry weather conditions. Residents are urged to exercise caution and adhere to safe fire practices as the risk of grass fires and wildfires increases.

Under this advisory, the following guidelines are in effect:

  • No Open Burning: No open burning is allowed under current conditions, and no new open burn permits will be issued until further notice.

The Wild Rose Old Tyme Fiddlers Association has been awarded $3,500 by the City’s Tourism Hosting Grant.
