The flag will fly as a symbol of inclusivity and diversity in the City of Fort Saskatchewan

The City of Fort Saskatchewan will tailor our planned reopening of facilities and programs in response to the provincial announcement today that starting June 1:
· Outdoor gatherings of up to 10 people will be allowed

Focus on Water Smart drowning prevention efforts
The City of Fort Saskatchewan is working to save lives and to prevent water-related injury. In 2017, there were 52 people who became victims of a water-related fatalities in Alberta. Sixty percent (60%) of these drownings occurred in the months of May through September.

We’re improving the bulk water station!

Construction on the bulk water station starts May 24th and is scheduled for completion in Fall 2021.
The Bulk Water Station will remain open during construction, but service will be reduced to one bay as the concrete pads are replaced. Once construction is finished the bulk water station will have new concrete pads and a new snow melt heating system.
We ask bulk water station users to be patient while construction crews work on site, and to plan for service delays.
