MDP Draft Policies Engagement Update

The Municpal Development Plan (MDP) is an important planning and decision-making tool that provides strategies and policies to inform the work of City staff (like planners, engineers, and parks folks). The Plan guides how the City will look and feel as we welcome another 25,000 residents.

Public survey on recreation now online

The City of Fort Saskatchewan is conducting an online survey to measure satisfaction, determine needs, and rate current levels of service at recreational facilities, open spaces and registered programs.

Name the New Fire Trucks

The City of Fort Saskatchewan and its Fire Department are welcoming two brand new fire trucks to their fleet very soon.

The Fire Department is seeking help from the community in naming these new fire trucks. The contest will be open to children who reside in Fort Saskatchewan, aged 5-12 (elementary school). Each qualified child can submit two names, one for each truck and contest activity. Winning names will then be voted on by the general public.
