The Wild Rose Old Tyme Fiddlers Association has been awarded $3,500 by the City’s Tourism Hosting Grant. They will be hosting the 2024 Grand North American Old Time Fiddle Championships from July 18 to 21, 2024, at the Shell Theatre. This fiddle contest expects to attract an audience of 400 to 500 people over the weekend, with competitors coming from across Canada and the USA.
