Fort Saskatchewan Municipal Enforcement would like to remind the public that school is back in session. Increased vehicle, cycle and pedestrian traffic will be moving throughout our community.

Does your dog or cat love to be outside? If so, they need to be kept safe as temperatures drop.

All pets need to be provided with food and water, and have access to adequate shelter at all times. Outdoor play and walk times should be limited when it’s extremely cold. When taking your dog for a walk please be mindful of their safety and comfort and keep them on a leash to ensure they don’t run away.

Pets can suffer from both hypothermia and frostbite.

Residential Snow Clearing

Snow clearing from City streets will begin Wednesday, January 4.

City crews will place no parking signs in neighbourhoods throughout Fort Saskatchewan to designate when parking restrictions affect your neighbourhood. Please remove your vehicle from the street the night before your designated day. Vehicles remaining on the street will be ticketed and may be towed.
