Call for artist submissions now open

Local artists are invited to enter their submissions to the annual Art in Public Places program. Art in Public Places began in 2005 as a way to showcase local City of Fort Saskatchewan artists who have shown excellence in their body of work. City Council has approved a budget for the purpose of purchasing a piece of art that will be displayed in a public place in Fort Saskatchewan for all residents and visitors to see and appreciate.

MDP Draft Policies Engagement Update

The Municpal Development Plan (MDP) is an important planning and decision-making tool that provides strategies and policies to inform the work of City staff (like planners, engineers, and parks folks). The Plan guides how the City will look and feel as we welcome another 25,000 residents.
