Policing Committee Meetings

The Policing Committee provides civilian oversight to the provision of efficient and effective policing in your community. They meet every 3rd Wednesday of the month. If you have any concerns, comments or suggestions related to policing matters in your neighbourhood, come to the meetings to share your voice.

Sourdough Bread Making (10 YRS+)

Sourdough bread is so delicious! And healthy too as it is already partially digested by those beneficial microbes. Bring a jar and take some starter home, learn to feed it, grow it, and make it into loaves of many shapes and types. Register at least one week prior to the class date.

Bullrush Basketry (10 YRS+)

Using locally available reeds, we will make a small round 3-inch basket. We will learn the techniques of Twining and Randing that, when scaled up, can produce any basket. Weaving materials will be provided. Please bring a pair of scissors. Teens and adults welcome. Register at least one week prior to the class date.

City Hall Nook Hours

For the month of March local artist, Donald Carter, has a series of photographs exhibited in the City Hall Art Nook titled Local Beauty. Peruse his delightful photographs of spring and summer scenes within our community.

There is no cost to view exhibits in the City Hall Art Nook. This gallery is located in the main floor of City Hall (10005 - 102 Street) showcasing the talents of Fort Saskatchewan artists.
