Harbour Pool News

The Harbour Pool will re-open on September 8, 2020:

 •  Offering: Public Swims (Max. 50), Aqua Fitness Classes (Max. 10), Lane Swim (1 person per lane, unless cohort/family), Parent and Tot Swim (Max. 50) and Swimming Lessons.

 •  Patrons are required to come dressed in swimming attire — no locker use available at this time, storage bins will be provided.

 •  To allow for one-way traffic and a variety of activities all change spaces are now universal.

 •  Regular admission and membership fees are in effect.

 •  Masks required in all City facilities – masks are to be removed once on the pool deck and entering water for scheduled activity.

 •  Cleansing showers are strongly encouraged before entering the water for activities.

 •  Prolonged grooming and use of hair driers will not be permitted. (Exit time limit: 15 min or less)

 •  Limited viewing/spectator seating available.

 •  Whirl Pool and Sauna remain closed as per AHS guidelines at this time.

 •  Schedule and facility admission are subject to change based on demand.

FST Announcements

Local Service Changes

Effective September 1, local routes 582 and 583 will operate back to their regular schedule — Monday to Friday on a 30-minute frequency all day, and 60-minute frequency from 8:23am to 1:26pm. Saturday service will no longer be available.

Effective September 18, 2020, the Green Route (local route 584) will no longer be available.

Transit Holiday Service in September

Due to the statutory holiday, ETS Route 580 and our local service Fort Saskatchewan Transit Routes 582, 583 & 584 will not operate on Monday, September 7.

Service for ETS Route 580 and local Fort Saskatchewan Transit Routes 582, 583 & 584 will resume on Tuesday, September 8.

Household Toxic Round-Up

Saturday, September 26 — 10:00am-3:00pm

Special instructions: Residents should leave items in their vehicle so they can be easily accessed and removed by staff working the event. Residents should remain in their vehicle at all times.
