Council Approves 2.86% Property Tax Increase for 2024

City Council passed the 2024 Property Tax Bylaw at the May 14 regular council meeting. The Property Tax Bylaw is based on the City’s approved 2024 operating budget of $95.1 million and a capital budget of $19.9 million.
