Regular Council Meetings of the City of Fort Saskatchewan are held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Regular meetings start at 6:00 p.m., and when required in-camera meetings will be held at 5:00 p.m. This allows 60 minutes for discussion of these items prior to the start of regular Council business.
In-camera sessions are closed to the public, so that Council may discuss matters as permitted under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Council meeting agendas are published on the City’s website, and will clarify the start time for each meeting. The regular business of the Council meeting will commence at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers and members of the public are welcome to attend.
