The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act  (FOIP) is provincial legislation which applies to all public bodies.  This legislation was put in place to ensure access is available to records and personal information and to control how information is collected, used and disclosed.

How to Access information under FOIP

It’s easy to request for information under the FOIP Act, simply complete the FOIP form. Video surveillance footage (when available) can also be requested by filling out the Video Surveillance Footage form as well.

A response will provided within 30 business days.
