Tours and Events
Have a fire truck come to your event or book a tour of the fire station.
Book a Fire Station Tour
Book a tour of the fire station. During a tour, you can:
- meet your local firefighters
- learn about fire safety, fire trucks and various tools
- see the equipment and gear that firefighters use to fight fires
- understand how firefighters rescue people in motor vehicle collision and other emergencies
Tour Times β 7 days a week
- Mornings from 9:45 β 10:45am
- Afternoons from 2:00 β 3:00pm
Tour Guidelines:
- The group must have one parent or adult for every five children in the group.
- Parents and adults must remain with the tour group at all times.
- Tours are limited to a maximum of 25 people.
- Indicate if anyone in your group has special needs when you book your tour.
- Firefighters are on duty; therefore, they could be called away from the fire station during your scheduled tour. If your tour is cancelled or postponed, Fort Saskatchewan will not reimburse you for any costs incurred, but will work with you to reschedule your event.
To request a fire station tour:
- Fill out the Request a Fire Truck / Station Tour form
- Make your request at least one month before your event.
Request a Fire Truck
You can request that a Fort Saskatchewan fire truck visit an event or function such as a:
- community event
- parade
- carnival, or
- fundraising event
To request a fire truck:

Ensure you have a large parking space at the event. This is so the crew can leave quickly in the event of an emergency.
