Place your natural trees at the curb for collection at this time.

  • All decorations, garland and tinsel, must be removed from the tree
  • Trees must be left at curbside unwrapped, not placed in a tarp or a bag
  • Any tree over 6 feet (two metres) in height must be cut in half

You can also drop your tree off at the Waste Transfer Station, located at:

Fort Saskatchewan Youth Council

The City of Fort Saskatchewan currently has vacancies on the Fort Saskatchewan Youth Council and is accepting applications for youths to serve on the Council.


To educate and empower youth to provide information and recommendations to City of Fort Saskatchewan Council in relation to issues that impact or involve youth.

Time Commitment

Evening meetings are held monthly (first Wednesday of the month), or as determined by the Chair. Appointed youth members may be required to serve on additional sub-committees and participate/plan in City related events.

Number of Positions Available: 11

Terms: Balance of a two-year term expiring December 31, 2023

To be eligible to apply an applicant must be

  1. Between the ages of 14 and 24 years of age;
  2. A permanent resident of the City of Fort Saskatchewan.
