Dragonfly Support Group

A monthly group for parents whose children face mental health challenges. A safe and supportive place for parents and caregivers to share their challenges and concerns.

Discussions will include:

  • FSCD Supports and how to access them, and
  • PDD and the Transition from youth to adulthood.

Anxiety Workshop

January 30 | Shell Theatre, Dow Centennial Centre
Professionals: 9:00am - 12:00pm | Parents/Guardians: 1:30 - 4:30pm

In this workshop, you will learn about the unique stressors our today’s children face and how traditional ways of helping them may unwittingly contribute to and even worsen anxiety. You will also have a better understanding of anxiety, how it shows up, and the key skills needed to successfully manage anxiety while building courage, confidence, and resilience.
