Access for Everyone Program

The Access for Everyone program helps City residents on a limited income to access recreation and culture programs and City facilities.

Qualified applicants will receive:

  • Up to $245 per person per year for facility passes and programs.
  • Maximum number of registered programs for children/youth is 4 per year and adults/seniors is 3 per year.
  • 100% subsidy for facility membership and program fee.
Eligibility requirements

There are two requirements to be eligible for this program:

  1. The applicant must be a resident of the City of Fort Saskatchewan. Proof of residency is required.
  2. The applicant must be receiving funding from:
    • an approved Government program (such as: AISH, CPPD, FSCD or Income Support); 
      OR
    • have a combined household income at or under the amounts listed on the Statistics Canada Low Income Thresholds.  Proof of income verification is required.
