What is disc golf?
It’s similar to traditional golf, but instead of clubs and balls, players throw flying discs (like Frisbees) towards a metal basket. Each throw counts as a stroke, and the goal is to finish each hole in as few throws as possible. It’s easy to learn, free to play, and a great way to stay active.
