50/50 Spring into Summer Challenge

The 50/50 Spring into Summer Challenge will run May 1 - August 1 and encourages you to be active for a minimum of 50 minutes a day for a total of 50 days at the Dow Centennial Centre or Harbour Pool!

Choose a variety of ways to get your heart rate up including: joining a fitness class, playing basketball, weight lifting, walking on the indoor track, and swimming.

New this year is the Youth Challenge! As long as you are between the ages of 8-17 years (must be 10 years old to workout in the Apple Fitness Centre).

We have tons of prizes and enter to win chances for those who participate in the challenge and reach our Milestone Days; Day 10, 20, 30, 40. When you reach Day 50, your name will be entered into our Grand Prize Draws:

  • Adult Grand Prize is an annual DCC membership and a personal training session,
  • Youth Grand Prize is an annual DCC membership.
