Meditation & Breathing WorkshopExplore the path of meditation with this 60 minute guided practice. An encouraging space for students to experience the benefits of this powerful practice. Relax, refresh and take a break from the stresses of everyday life. Students will be guided using the breath as an anchor point, brining you back into the present moment and detaching from the cyclical waves of the mind. Experience a sense of grounded relaxation as we slow down the breath, calming the nervous system and release stored tension from the body. How would it feel to surrender to the experience of truly letting go of something that no longer serves you? With a curious mind and a willingness to explore, a sense of peace and stability within are available to you. Come sit, pause and make time for stillness. Together we will experience the Sattvic energy created in community meditation. This practice is supportive and beginner practitioner friendly, no need to hesitate friends, see you soon! Where: Fort Saskatchewan Library (Fire Place Area) Drop-in. Registration is not required. |
