June is dedicated nationwide as Recreation and Parks Month (JRPM).   • Engaging Fitness Classes: Energize your routine with a variety of Free fitness classes at the DCC and around the City tailored to different needs and goals. See the calendar and descriptions below.

Important Notes:

  • Parental Supervision: Required for all Pop Up and Plays as well as Family Fitness classes.
  • Spontaneous Gym Time: Children 7 years and younger must be accompanied by a responsible person 14 years of age or older.
  • Fitness Classes Eligibility:  
    • General: Ages 15 years and older.
    • 12 – 14 Year Olds: Must have completed the ONE & DONE fitness orientation to participate.
