The City of Fort Saskatchewan is developing a new Land Use Bylaw, and the Estate District (ESD) is the next community in the project. This includes Southfort Estates, Pointe Aux Pins, and Clover Park areas.

What's New in the Draft ESD?
- Estate properties are permitted up to a maximum of two (2) Backyard Dwelling units.
- Enhanced landscaping regulations for new and redeveloped sites.
- Regulations for Agriculture and Urban Agriculture.

2. Attend a Drop-in Engagement Session
Speak directly with the Planning and Development team, ask questions, and share your thoughts:
