Experience Our Spaces with Comfort: Sensory Bags Available!

Our Sensory Bags, available at the Dow Centennial Centre, Harbour Pool, City Hall, and special events, provide supportive tools for individuals with sensory sensitivities who may find busy environments overwhelming. Conditions such as autism, ADHD, PTSD, and dementia can affect how someone experiences sound, light, or touch, and these bags offer a way to help manage those sensory inputs.

What’s Inside?

Each Sensory Bag contains items to help with sensory regulation and includes instructions on how to use each item effectively, along with calming techniques.
