Oversized, hazardous and electronic waste is not collected at the curb. Please drop it off at Fort Saskatchewan’s Recycle & Transfer Station, or bring it to a Hazardous and Electronic Waste Event.

Product Exchange Centre:

An attendant will provide direction on what items can be dropped off.

  • All items must be in good condition or running order
  • No furniture
  • No mattresses
  • No toilets
  • No tires
  • No car seats, bike helmets, or safety equipment

Disposal Charges:

Minimum Charge for Solid Waste Disposal $5.00
Loose Bags per bag, up to 6 bags $2.50
General Household Waste per cubic metre $20.00
General Construction Debris oer cubic metre $35.00
 
Furniture:
Small furniture (per item) $10.00
Medium furniture (per item) $15.00
Large furniture (per item) $20.00
 
Tree Branches and Christmas Trees No Charge
 
Propane, Butane and Camp-Stove Gas:
Tanks Less than 20lbs (per tank) No Charge
Tanks in Excess of 20lbs (per tank) $5.00
