City of Fort Saskatchewan Announces 2026 Grants to Organizations Program
The City of Fort Saskatchewan is now accepting applications for its 2026 Grants to Organizations program, supporting local groups that help make the community vibrant, inclusive, and connected.
Applications are open from May 1 to June 15. Eligible non-profit organizations are encouraged to apply for funding to support programs, projects, and events that align with City priorities and enhance quality of life for residents.
Supporting Local Impact
Local organizations play a vital role in shaping Fort Saskatchewan. From delivering community programs to hosting events and building connections, their work strengthens the social fabric of the city.
“Our Grants to Organizations program is one of the ways the City invests directly in the people and programs that make Fort Saskatchewan a caring, connected community,” says Melissa Kondro, Coordinator, Community Development. “These grants help local organizations continue the important work they do every day including supporting residents, building capacity, and responding to real needs in our community.”
Through the Grants to Organizations program, the City invests in both project-based initiatives and organizational capacity, helping groups continue to grow and respond to community needs.
Investing in Community Well-Being
This program reflects the City’s ongoing commitment to supporting initiatives that foster belonging, well-being, and community participation. By partnering with local organizations, Fort Saskatchewan continues to build a strong, welcoming community for all.
