City Council passed the 2026 Property Tax Bylaw at the May 12 regular Council meeting.
Each residential and non-residential property will receive a tax notice based on its assessed property value. The property tax notices will be mailed to homeowners, business owners and industry starting the third week of May, and Property Taxes are due June 30, 2026.
