Neighbourhood Rehabilitation is an annual program that ensures that the City's neighbourhood infrastructure meets current standards and is not at risk of failure due to deteriorating conditions.

New Aquatics Facility Project

- Detailed design is underway and is expected to be completed in April 2026
- Construction has started to install stormwater infrastructure and fill in the existing ditch. Excess material is being hauled to West River by the Dow Ball Fields.
- Road closure on Town Crest Road from April 20, 2026 to April 24, 2026. No access from Town Crest Road to the Dow Centennial Centre parking lot.
