- Construction has been completed for the 9-hole disc golf course in the West River’s Edge area

Local Road Rehabilitation is an annual program that prioritizes road repairs based on standard condition assessments to ensure safe and efficient travel.

- Work is complete
Neighbourhood Rehabilitation – 108 Street
- Replacement of sanitary line from 99 Avenue to 98 Avenue, along 108 Street
- Construction is underway
- There is a full road closure on 108 Street from 99 Avenue to 98 Avenue for the construction duration. Traffic will be detoured.
- 108 Street and 99 Avenue will be temporarily closed for one day during the week of August 27, 2025 to pave, subject to weather conditions

Neighbourhood Rehabilitation – Bridgeview Drive
- Storm trunk line to be relined from Bridgeview Drive to Heritage Trails Park
- Work to begin on August 28, 2025, subject to weather conditions

- Existing playground equipment will be replaced with new equipment in 2025

Water Tower Refurbishment
- Exterior maintenance of the Water Tower is required
- The Refurbishment Consultant has been awarded and design work is underway
- The Request For Proposal to replace the mural is closed and submissions have been being evaluated
