Neighbourhood Rehabilitation is an annual program that ensures that the City's neighbourhood infrastructure meets current standards and is not at risk of failure due to deteriorating conditions.

Neighbourhood Rehabilitation – 101 Street

• Replacement of water line from 99 Avenue to 97 Avenue is complete
• Paving is scheduled for August 7-11, 2025
• Traffic disruption and detours are in place on 101 Street from 99 Avenue to 97 Avenue for paving

Neighbourhood Rehabilitation – 108 Street

• Replacement of sanitary line from 99 Avenue to 98 Avenue, along 108 Street
• Construction is underway
• There will be a full road closure on 108 Street from 99 Avenue to 98 Avenue starting August 7, 2025 for the construction duration. Traffic will be detoured.

Neighbourhood Rehabilitation – Bridgeview Drive

• Storm trunk line to be relined from Bridgeview Drive to Heritage Trails Park
• Work to occur in Fall 2025

• This is a multi-year program for replacement of water, sewer and road infrastructure on Lowe Avenue

Playground Equipment Replacement – Pryce Alderson Park

• The Request For Proposal to replace the mural is closed and submissions are being evaluated
