125 Street Road Upgrades
· 125 Street from Highway 15 to Township Road 550 is being re-built. The road will be closed during construction.
· Work is expected to start the week of July 20, 2026, subject to weather
2026 Sump Pump Retrofit Program
· Construction has been deferred to 2027
Bike Skills Park
· The Bike Skills Park will be located north of the Dow Baseball Fields
· Contractor is mobilizing to site the week of July 13, 2026
· Work is scheduled to start the week of July 20, 2026
Helmuth Ritter Fire Station
· Design is underway
· Project was presented to council on July 7, 2026 and construction funding was approved
Highway 15 – Right-in / Right-out
· A new right-in / right-out is being installed along Highway 15 just north of 125 Street
· Work is scheduled to start in August, 2026. Lane closures are expected throughout construction.

Local Road Rehabilitation is an annual program that maintains the City's roadways to ensure the safe and efficient movement of people, goods, and services.
