125 Street Road Upgrades
- 125 Street from Highway 15 to Township Road 550 is being re-built. The road will be closed during construction.
- Work is expected to start in July
2026 Sump Pump Retrofit Program
- Construction has been deferred to 2027
Bike Skills Park
- Design work is complete
- Tender for construction has closed and contractor has been selected
- Excess material from the Aquatics project is being stockpiled on site
- Work will commence in the Summer 2026
- The Bike Skills Park will be located north of the Dow Baseball Fields
Helmuth Ritter Fire Station
- Design has begun to validate the scope and the budget
- Project will be presented to council on July 7, 2026 for construction funding
Highway 15 – Right-in / Right-out
- A new right-in / right-out is being installed along Highway 15 just north of 125 Street
- Work is scheduled to start the week of June 29. Lane closures are expected throughout construction.

- Construction on 102 Street from 99 Avenue to 98 Avenue is underway and road is closed, including intersection at 102 Street and 98 Ave
- 102 Street / 99 Avenue intersection to be fully closed for upcoming weekends. Current information provided on the variable messaging board and is weather dependant.
Neighbourhood Rehabilitation – 104 Street from 98 Avenue to 99 Avenue
- Design is underway
- Construction to occur in 2027

- Design is underway

New Aquatics Facility Project

- Construction to install sanitary, water, and stormwater infrastructure and fill in the existing ditch is complete
- Excess material from the site is being hauled to West River by the Dow Ball Fields
- Work to install piles for the foundation is complete. Work to install grade beams is underway
- Asphalt repairs on Town Crest Road and Greenfield Way are complete.
- Fortis is installing power in the boulevards along Town Crest Road. Minor traffic disruptions are expected.
- Excavation of the technical corridor is underway
