- Design has begun to validate the scope and the budget

- 102 Street from 99 Avenue to 98 Avenue full closure scheduled to begin May 25, 2026, weather dependent
- 102 Street / 98 Avenue intersection closure scheduled for June 1 to 5, 2026, weather dependent. Follow detour signage.
- 102 Street / 99 Avenue intersection lane reductions scheduled to follow completion of the above
Neighbourhood Rehabilitation – 104 Street from 98 Avenue to 99 Avenue
- Design is underway
- Construction to occur in 2027
Neighbourhood Rehabilitation – 109 Street from 100 Avenue to 101 Avenue
- Construction to occur in 2027
New Aquatics Facility Project

- Detailed design is underway and is expected to be completed in May 2026
- Construction has started to install sanitary, water, and stormwater infrastructure and fill in the existing ditch. Excess material is being hauled to West River by the Dow Ball Fields.
- Work has started to install piles for the foundation
- Concrete curb and sidewalk repairs on Town Crest Road and Greenfield Way will occur in late May
- Asphalt repairs on Town Crest Road and Greenfield Way are scheduled for June 2, weather depending. Lane closure will occur but no road closure are expected.
