Fort Saskatchewan Launches Improved Fort Report Platform for Resident Service Requests

The City of Fort Saskatchewan has launched an updated version of FortReport, the public portal for submitting service requests, feedback, and non-emergency concerns. While the look and feel of the tool remains familiar, the update introduces important improvements to how the City handles and responds to service requests.

The upgraded platform connects directly to the City’s asset management system, improving how service requests are tracked and assigned. It also enhances communication—residents now receive tracking numbers and clearer updates as their requests are processed.

FortReport allows residents to report issues like potholes, graffiti, and other concerns—or provide general feedback—directly to the City by visiting fortsask.ca/FortReport. Users can upload photos, include detailed location descriptions, and attach files as needed.

“We kept the system’s look and functionality similar to ensure minimal disruption for users,” said Stuart Gerber, Asset Management Lead. “But behind the scenes, it helps us better manage City assets, streamline internal workflows, and reduce system costs.”

To report an issue, visit fortsask.ca/FortReport, fill out the short form, and click submit.

For emergencies, residents are reminded to call 9-1-1.
