Unofficial 2025 Municipal Election Results Now Available

The unofficial results for the 2025 Municipal Election are now available at fortsask.ca/Election. A total of 5,962 residents cast their votes in this year’s municipal election (turnout rate of 28.24%).

School board election results are available on the City’s elections webpage.

Official results will be posted on Friday, October 24 at noon once the Returning Officer completes the official vote count and validation process. Note: this timing may change if a recount is requested or other verification steps are required.

Council Orientation and Swearing-In Ceremony

The newly elected Mayor and Council will take part in an orientation session on Monday, October 27.

The official swearing-in ceremony will take place during the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, October 28 at 5:00 pm in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Residents are welcome to attend this meeting in person or watch it online at YouTube.com/CityFortSask.
