119 Street Water Line Extension
- Construction to extend the water line along 119 Street, west of Veteran’s Way, has begun
- Construction is planned to be completed in the fall of 2026
125 Street Road Upgrades
- 125 Street from Highway 15 to Township Road 550 is being re-built. The road will be closed during construction.
- Work has started
2026 Bus Stop Installation
- Tender has been awarded
Bike Skills Park
- The Bike Skills Park will be located north of the Dow Baseball Fields
- Contractor has mobilized
- Grading work is underway
Helmuth Ritter Fire Station

- Project was presented to council on July 7, 2026 and construction funding was approved
Highway 15 – Right-in / Right-out
- A new right-in / right-out is being installed along Highway 15 just north of 125 Street
- Work is scheduled to start in August, 2026. Lane closures are expected throughout construction.
