Pre-qualified contractors list

The City of Fort Saskatchewan requires the successful proponent performing work for, or on behalf of, the municipality to be registered within ComplyWorks and maintain an active “Approved” status in connection with the City. This requirement is intended to ensure that all contractors meet established safety, compliance, and due diligence standards prior to the commencement of any work.

As part of the procurement and evaluation process, proponents submitting bids for City projects are required to include a completed copy of the Safety Pre-Qualification Form (Sections 1, 2, and 3) within their bid package. This documentation will be included in the evaluation to assess the proponent’s health and safety program, practices, and alignment with the City’s expectations.  The successful proponent must meet the City’s Safety requirements before the contract can be executed.
