The City of Fort Saskatchewan uses a program called Fortmap to provide information on properties within municipal boundaries. By using this program, you can search for your property, find out the land use district (zoning) of your property and those around it, and access other important information such as your assessment or past and present permits.
Please note: Fortmap is NOT supported in Internet Explorer. Please use one of the following browsers instead: Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
Before using Fortmap, we highly recommend reading through the following instructions.
- Access Fortmap.
- Using the Search bar, you can search for:
- Civic Address: Street Name and Address
- Legal Description: Plan, Block, Lot or Long Legal, or
- Named Place: ex. City Hall
- Your search will tabulate the address drop-down menu. From the menu, select your house number.
- Fortmap will find and zoom to your property.
- To find available information about your property, click on your lot. A small Legal Parcel box will open with available information. You can also find information about any past and present permits here:
