Experience a behind-the-scenes look at fire services in Fort Saskatchewan with a Fire Truck or Fire Station Tour. These interactive tours are perfect for schools, community groups, and curious residents, offering a chance to learn about fire safety, equipment, and the role of firefighters in keeping our community safe.

Book a Fire Station Tour

Book a tour of the fire station. During a tour, you can:

• meet your local firefighters;
• learn about fire safety, fire trucks and various tools;
• see the equipment and gear that firefighters use to fight fires; and, 
• understand how firefighters rescue people in motor vehicle collisions and other emergencies.

Tour Times – 7 days a week

Mornings from 9:45 – 10:45am
Afternoons from 2:00 – 3:00pm

Tour Guidelines

• The group must have one parent or adult for every five children in the group.
• Parents and adults must remain with the tour group at all times.
• Tours are limited to a maximum of 25 people.
• Indicate if anyone in your group has special needs when you book your tour.
• Firefighters are on duty; therefore, they could be called away from the fire station during your scheduled tour. If your tour is cancelled or postponed, Fort Saskatchewan will not reimburse you for any costs incurred but will work with you to reschedule your event.

2. Make your request at least one month before your event.

You can request that a Fort Saskatchewan fire truck visit an event or function such as a:

• community event;
• parade;
• carnival; or
• fundraising event

Ensure you have a large parking space at the event. This will allow the crew to leave quickly in an emergency.
