Municipal Enforcement Services
Municipal Enforcement Services (MES) in Fort Saskatchewan helps maintain community safety and ensures compliance with local bylaws. Officers respond to concerns such as parking violations, noise complaints, animal control, and property standards. Community Peace Officers are appointed by the City to enforce municipal bylaws and by the Province of Alberta to enforce provincial statutes. They work out of the Protective Services Building and collaborate with the RCMP to enhance safety and quality of life in Fort Saskatchewan.
Hours of Operation
Front Counter:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Sundays & Statutory Holidays: Closed

- Monday to Sunday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
