Changes to Recycling Collection – What You Need to Know

As of April 1, 2025, Integrity Waste Solutions and Circular Materials have partnered to manage Fort Saskatchewan’s residential recycling program under Alberta’s Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) initiative.

This change means that Circular Materials will oversee recycling program communications, while Integrity Waste Solutions will remain the main point of contact for recycling collection services.

What’s changed?

• New accepted items: Clamshell containers, lightly greased pizza boxes, foil, and Tetra Paks are now accepted in your blue recycling bags.
• Who to contact for recycling questions?
